boucher-grande-reserve-gr-sg-62t
Boucher Grande Reserve GR-SG-62T Dreadnought 3A Torrefied Flamed Maple

The GR-SG-62T is a Dreadnought from Boucher's Grande Reserve series, built with 3A torrefied flamed maple back and sides and a Gold Touch top. Gold Touch is Boucher's torrefied AAAA Adirondack red spruce, and Boucher says it was the first to offer roasted Adirondack tops, in 2010. The neck joins at the 14th fret, with crown style markers, Boucher's own headstock and gold Gotoh open gear tuners. Every Boucher is available left-handed. The figure in the maple varies from guitar to guitar, so the photos show one example.

For the same Dreadnought in 5A maple, look at the GR-SG-162T. The GR-SG-61T is this 3A build on the OM Hybrid and the GR-SG-63T on the S-Jumbo. For the Dreadnought in rosewood, the Studio Goose SG-52 is in East Indian Rosewood.

Boucher's option packs let you add a burst finish, an installed pickup, a master grade top or abalone trim, listed below.

Options for this model include:

Burst Pack: a hand-applied sunburst, tobacco burst, open amber burst or black top

Concert Pack: Fishman Matrix Infinity pickup, installed

Intimate Concert Pack: K&K Pure Mini pickup, installed

Master Grade Pack: master grade Adirondack red spruce top, abalone rosette, koa or maple body binding (not with the Ultimate Pack)

Prestige Pack: Style-41 abalone trim

Ultimate Pack: master grade Adirondack red spruce top, a choice of exotic or highly figured back and sides (bubinga, cocobolo, maple, koa, Madagascar rosewood or walnut), koa or maple neck and body binding, high gloss neck, a choice of fretboard inlays, Gotoh 510 open gear tuners (not with the Master Grade Pack)

Left-handed build

Price subject to change based on options chosen.

SPECIFICATIONS

BODY
Country of Origin: Canada (built in Berthier-sur-Mer, Quebec)
Body Size: Dreadnought
Neck Joins Body At: 14th fret
Top: Torrefied (Gold Touch) AAAA Adirondack red spruce
Back and Sides: 3A Torrefied Flamed Maple
Body Finish: Gloss

NECK
Width at Nut: 1.750" (44.5 mm)
Width at 12th Fret: 2.125" (54.0 mm)
Fret Markers: Crown style
Headstock: Boucher original design
Neck Finish: Satin

HARDWARE
Tuners: Gotoh open gear, gold

CASE
Case: Hardshell case
