The 12-fret joint sets the bridge nearer the centre of the lower bout. The V-shape neck has a 1.750\" nut, with 2.250\" spacing at the 12th fret on special order. The JP Cormier Signature SM-JP-56 is the same 000 12-fret body in East Indian Rosewood, with a Venetian cutaway for reaching past the 12th fret.
