collings-cl
Collings CL

The CL, Collings' City Limits, is a solid body built in Austin from Honduran mahogany with a premium flamed maple top. The neck goes in with an extra-long mortise and tenon joint and flows into a contoured heel, the back carries comfort carves, and the cutaway opens the upper frets. Collings credits the mahogany and the hand-set neck joint with the guitar's complexity and sustain.

A pair of Lollar Standard Wind Imperial humbuckers run through 50s-style wiring with CTS 500K pots and Jupiter Vintage Yellow caps.
