Ivoroid body binding, an ebony-bound board with gold mother-of-pearl short diamonds and squares, and a zipper backstrip set the trim. The rosewood peghead veneer is plain on the front, with the Collings logo stamped on the back.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCollings describes the Hill Country sound as dry and warm, with a strong fundamental and a full low end. The 1 3\/4\" aged bone nut and 2 5\/16\" bridge spacing give fingerpicking room.
