The 7.25\" to 9.5\" compound radius is rounder near the nut for chords and flatter up the neck, so bends are less likely to fret out, and the medium vintage frets are a touch larger than vintage size. The two tone controls work on the neck and middle pickups, leaving the bridge pickup without one.
