The pickups are a mixed pair, a DynaSonic single-coil at the bridge and a Lindy Fralin "Dog Ear" single-coil at the neck. Inside, Gretsch uses an "open" internal body design, with a three-ply arched maple top on parallel bracing and double-bound f-holes.

The two-piece maple neck has a 9.5" rosewood board with vintage small frets and pearloid inlays of cactus, steer heads and fences. A compensated aluminum bridge sits on a rosewood base ahead of a Bigsby B6GBVF, with a polished brass nut and gold-plated Grover Sta-Tite tuners. The finish is Western Maple Stain.

For a 6120 with DynaSonics in both positions, look at the G6120DE Duane Eddy Signature. For a 6120 built to Gretsch's 1955 spec, with TV Jones T-Armonds and gold hardware, see the G6120T-55 Vintage Select Edition '55 Chet Atkins.

SPECIFICATIONS

BODY
Country of Origin: Japan
Body Material: Laminated Maple
Body Finish: Gloss Urethane
Body Shape: Nashville / G6120
Body Binding: White/Black
Pickguard: Clear Plexi Pickguard with Gretsch Logo

NECK
Neck Material: 2-Piece Maple
Neck Finish: Gloss Urethane
Fingerboard Radius: 9.5" (241 mm)
Fingerboard Material: Rosewood
Position Inlays: Western Block Inlay Position Markers of Cactus, Steerheads & Fences
Number of Frets: 22
Fret Size: Vintage Small
Truss Rod: 2-Way Adjustable
Nut Material: Polished Brass
Nut Width: 1.6875" (42.86 mm)
Scale Length: 24.6" (625 mm)

ELECTRONICS
Bridge Pickup: DynaSonic
Neck Pickup: Lindy Fralin "Dog Ear" Single-Coil
Controls: Volume 1.
