martin-om-28e-modern-deluxe
Martin OM-28E Modern Deluxe

This is the OM-28 Modern Deluxe with a Fishman Aura VT Blend fitted. The build is the rosewood OM, a 000 body on the 25.4" scale, with a European red spruce top and Adirondack spruce braces both treated with VTS, a carbon fibre bridgeplate, and the asymmetrical Vintage Deluxe neck in select mahogany with a Standard Taper. The neck measures 2 1/4" at the 12th fret and the bridge spacing is 2 1/4", a little wider than the OM-28 on both counts.

European flamed maple binding, endpiece and heelcap, a 1933 CFM script headplate inlay, Liquidmetal bridge pins and Waverly gold open-gear tuners set it apart from the Standard Series OMs, and bold herringbone and the Style 28 rosette carry over. It comes in one Natural finish with an embroidered ply hardshell case.

It is for the player who wants the Modern Deluxe OM and plans to plug it in. Without electronics, it is listed as the OM-28 Modern Deluxe.
