PRS is making 200 of them in 2026, and each one comes with a backplate signed by Dany.

Underneath it is the Custom 24: a figured maple 10-Top over mahogany with the violin carve, a one-piece mahogany neck in the Pattern Thin shape, 25" scale, 24 frets, the Gen III tremolo and a pair of DMO humbuckers. The departure from the standard recipe is the ebony fretboard, which carries her Solecito inlay, a sun at the 12th fret. Solecito means "little sun", a nod to her Mexican heritage.

The finish is Ocaso, Spanish for sunset, a fade from purple through pink and orange to yellow under high-gloss nitro. The 5-way blade gives you each humbucker on its own, both together, and two split-coil combinations. This one weighs 8 lb.

SPECIFICATIONS

BODY
Body Construction: Solidbody
Top Wood: Figured Maple, 10-Top
Back Wood: Mahogany
Top Carve: Violin
Finish: Ocaso (Sunset), High-Gloss Nitro
Weight: 8 lb
Serial: 0430048

NECK
Neck Wood: Mahogany
Neck Construction: One-Piece
Neck/Body Assembly: Set
Neck Shape: Pattern Thin
Neck Depth at the 1/2 Fret: 53/64"
Neck Depth at the 12 1/2 Fret: 57/64"
Neck Width at the Nut: 1 11/16"
Neck Width at the Body: 2 1/4"
Scale Length: 25"
Fretboard Wood: Ebony
Fretboard Radius: 10"
Fretboard Inlay: Solecito (Little Sun)
Number of Frets: 24
Fret Wire: PRS Standard Fret Wire
Width of Fret Crown: .104"
Height of Fret Crown: .047"
Truss Rod: PRS Double-Acting
Headstock Logo: Signature, Inlaid

ELECTRONICS
Treble Pickup: DMO
Bass Pickup: DMO
Controls: Volume and Tone Control with 5-Way Blade Pickup Switch

HARDWARE
Bridge: PRS Patented Tremolo, Gen III
Tuners: PRS Phase III Locking
Hardware Type: Hybrid
Nut: PRS
Truss Rod Cover: Dany Villarreal
Strings: PRS Signature 10-46

CASE
Included: PRS ATA Multi-Fit Molded Case, D1, autographed backplate

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0700/1220/7188/files/PRSDanyVillarrealCustom24AstryxLimitedEdition-0430048_cover.jpg?v=1792513483
