taylor-gs-mini-e-koa-plus
Taylor GS Mini-e Koa Plus

The GS Mini-e Koa Plus is the most dressed-up koa GS Mini: a solid Hawaiian koa top with layered koa back and sides, a matte Shaded Edgeburst finish, Taylor nickel tuners, and Expression System 2 electronics in place of the ES-B.

Choose it over the GS Mini-e Koa if you'll be plugging in often and want Taylor's Expression System 2. The edgeburst darkens the outer edge of the body and leaves the koa at the centre in full view. It comes in an AeroCase, which Taylor puts at about a third of the weight of a hardshell.

SPECIFICATIONS

BODY
Country of Origin: Mexico
Top Wood: Hawaiian Koa
Back Configuration: Layered, 2-Piece
Body Binding: None
Armrest: No
Top Finish: Matte
Back/Side Finish: Matte

NECK
Neck Wood: Tropical Mahogany
Fretboard Wood: Ebony
Fretboard Inlay: 4mm Dot Italian Acrylic
Fretboard Binding: None
Neck Finish: Matte
Scale Length: 23-1/2"
Peghead Inlay: None
Peghead Type: Paddle - GS Mini
Peghead Binding: None

ELECTRONICS
Electronics: Expression System® 2

HARDWARE
Bridge: Ebony
Nut & Saddle: Nubone Nut, Micarta Saddle
Bridge Pins: Black
Strings: D'Addario XS Coated Phosphor Bronze Medium (.013 - .056)
Pickguard: None
Tuners: Taylor Nickel
