The locking Floyd holds tuning under heavy bar use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt also adds a second scale. The Wolfhound is 24-3\/4\"; the Dire Wolfhound comes in that or 25-1\/2\", the longer scale carrying a little more string tension.
