Shipping
We offer free shipping in Canada on all orders over $200.00. All instruments are fully inspected and setup before shipping. We aim to ship every order the same day it is received. Generally, if the order is placed before 1 pm est, it will ship the same day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. Shipping in Canada is UPS fully insured with tracking.
Returns
We offer a 24 hour approval period for online orders. Returns must be authorized by contacting shop@lauzonmusic.com. Once the item is received at the store in the same condition it was shipped we will refund the order in full minus the actual shipping cost in both directions and a 10% restocking fee.
