Mark Knopfler's Stratocaster® guitar features a '57-style ash body and a vintage tinted '62 C-shaped maple neck with rosewood fingerboard. His unmistakable tone comes from three Texas Special™ single-coil pickups with five-way switching. Fender®/Gotoh® vintage tuners and an American vintage tremolo system round out this Sultan of Swing.

Ships worldwide from Ottawa, insured for its full value. Free shipping in Canada and the US on orders over $200, some exclusions apply. US orders arrive with no duty, tax or brokerage owed at the door.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

What does the free setup cover?

Every instrument crosses Ian Vance's bench before it ships, and on an online order that setup is free.

What it covers depends on what the guitar needs. Frets, fretboard, hardware, fresh strings, truss rod, action, nut slots, intonation, pickup height and electronics are all part of it, and none of it is an upcharge. The menu above shows the choices you get to make.

What if it is not right when it arrives?

You have 48 hours from the moment it arrives to decide. Email shop@lauzonmusic.com inside that window and we will authorize the return. Nothing comes back unauthorized.
