Before you come by
The practical questions
When are you open?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM. Closed Wednesday and Sunday.
Walk-ins are welcome, for the wall and for the bench.
Can I try something before I buy it?
Yes. There is a private studio upstairs and you can take an instrument into it, sit down and find out what it actually does.
If you cannot get to Ottawa, ask and we will take it off the wall, plug it in and tell you what we hear.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes. The United States is on the same terms as Canada, free over $200 and a flat $20 under it, and US orders arrive with no duty, tax or brokerage owed at the door.
Anywhere else we quote it. Freight on a guitar swings too much to publish one number, and import duty in your own country is yours. Email us with where it is going and we will come back with a figure.
Everything ships insured for its full value, wherever it goes.
