Ovangkol brings warmth and pleasing midrange focus, which, in concert with our V-Class bracing architecture, delivers a stunning tonal blend of power, sustain and musicality. Chamfered body edges and the trademark comfort of the Taylor neck make this Grand Pacific dreadnought a dream to play, offering guitarists of all styles and musical needs a versatile solid-wood option at a more accessible price. Simple appointments highlight this model’s musical focus, featuring a black top treatment with a black pickguard, single-ring rosette, 4mm dot fretboard inlays, and an ultra-thin matte finish. Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

What does the free setup cover?

Every instrument crosses Ian Vance's bench before it ships, and on an online order that setup is free.

What it covers depends on what the guitar needs. Frets, fretboard, hardware, fresh strings, truss rod, action, nut slots, intonation, pickup height and electronics are all part of it, and none of it is an upcharge. The menu above shows the choices you get to make.

What if it is not right when it arrives?

You have 48 hours from the moment it arrives to decide. Email shop@lauzonmusic.com inside that window and we will authorize the return. Nothing comes back unauthorized.
