The 000-28 Modern Deluxe blends Martin’s heritage craftsmanship with modern precision. A spruce VINTAGE TONE SYSTEM® (VTS) top and Golden Era–style Adirondack spruce X-bracing reproduce the resonant, open tone of a nearly century-old Martin. Natural protein glue and a lightweight carbon-fiber bridge plate enhance clarity and sustain, while exclusive Liquidmetal® bridge pins return energy for added volume. EVO gold frets and a slightly asymmetrical neck provide smooth playability across the fingerboard. Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

What does the free setup cover?

Every instrument crosses Ian Vance's bench before it ships, and on an online order that setup is free.

What it covers depends on what the guitar needs. Frets, fretboard, hardware, fresh strings, truss rod, action, nut slots, intonation, pickup height and electronics are all part of it, and none of it is an upcharge. The menu above shows the choices you get to make.

What if it is not right when it arrives?

You have 48 hours from the moment it arrives to decide. Email shop@lauzonmusic.com inside that window and we will authorize the return. Nothing comes back unauthorized.

Exchange it for something else and there is no restocking fee, though you cover the shipping on the instrument going back. On a straight refund it is 10% plus the actual shipping both ways.
