Why this one made the wall

Aguilar's SL 212 puts two 12" neodymium speakers in a cabinet that stays a manageable size and weighs 45 lbs. It is built for bass players who need to move more air than a single 12 allows without going to a fridge-sized cab.

The SL Series is voiced smooth and balanced, so the cab gives back what your amp and hands put in. A tweeter with variable level control lets you dial in as much top end as the room needs. Run it on its own, or stack it with an SL 112. This is the 4 ohm version.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

What does the free setup cover?

Every instrument crosses our bench before it ships, and on an online order that setup is free.

What it covers depends on what the guitar needs. Frets, fretboard, hardware, fresh strings, truss rod, action, nut slots, intonation, pickup height and electronics are all part of it, and none of it is an upcharge. The menu above shows the choices you get to make.
