Why this one made the wall

The DC7 v2 is a one-inch-tall switch-mode supply with seven isolated outlets, each switchable between 9, 12, 15 and 18 volts and rated at 660mA at 9V, so it handles hungry digital pedals as well as analog ones without noise. The v2 adds a 15W USB-C outlet, and the 24V auxiliary output feeds CIOKS expanders when the board grows.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

What does the free setup cover?

Every instrument crosses our bench before it ships, and on an online order that setup is free.

What it covers depends on what the guitar needs. Frets, fretboard, hardware, fresh strings, truss rod, action, nut slots, intonation, pickup height and electronics are all part of it, and none of it is an upcharge. The menu above shows the choices you get to make.
