Every instrument crosses our bench before it ships, and on an online order that setup is free. It can cover the frets, hardware, truss rod, action, nut slots, intonation, pickup heights and electronics, whatever the guitar needs.
Ships insured
Ships worldwide from Ottawa, insured for its full value. Free shipping in Canada and the US on orders over $200, some exclusions apply. US orders arrive with no duty, tax or brokerage owed at the door.
You have 48 hours from arrival to decide. Exchange it and the restocking fee is waived. On a straight refund it is 10% plus the actual shipping both ways. Email us first either way, nothing comes back unauthorized.

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.
Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.
