Why this one made the wall

The Limited Edition American Professional Classic Telecaster is the first of the series to carry the Fender Silent System, a passive, battery-free circuit Fender designed to cancel single-coil hum. The Coastline '63 Telecaster pickups stay single-coils, with nothing active added and no battery to change.

Fender built the run in four finishes, and Sonic Blue is one of two with a rosewood fingerboard. It sits over an alder body with a three-ply mint green pickguard. The Modern "C" neck has a 9.5" radius and medium jumbo frets, and the hardware is vintage-style: a three-saddle strings-through-body bridge with slotted brass barrel saddles and staggered ClassicGear tuners.

This one weighs 7 lb 15 oz and comes with its Deluxe Gig Bag.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

What does the free setup cover?

Every instrument crosses our bench before it ships, and on an online order that setup is free.

What it covers depends on what the guitar needs. Frets, fretboard, hardware, fresh strings, truss rod, action, nut slots, intonation, pickup height and electronics are all part of it, and none of it is an upcharge. The menu above shows the choices you get to make.
