Our take

Who this one is for

The G6120T-BSNSH is Brian Setzer's signature Nashville, a single-cut laminated maple hollow body in Black Lacquer with 1959 trestle bracing and oversized F-holes. Two TV Jones Brian Setzer Signature Filter'Tron pickups feed a period-style control layout: a volume for each pickup, a master volume with treble bleed, a 3-position pickup toggle and a 3-position tone switch.

The maple neck has a Vintage "V" profile and an ebony board with a 9.5"-12" compound radius, rounder near the nut for chording and flatter up the neck for bends. The Adjusto-Matic bridge sits on a pinned rosewood base in front of a Bigsby B6C, with a Delrin nut, Gotoh locking tuners, nickel hardware, a gold pickguard and dice knobs.

The same Setzer Filter'Trons and Vintage "V" neck come in Extreme Coolant Green Sparkle with a rosewood board on the G6120T-HR Hot Rod. For TV Jones Ray Butts Ful-Fidelity pickups in Smoke Orange, look at the G6120T-BSSMK '59 "Smoke".

Questions we get

How much do I pay today?

Your choice: the full price, or a 25% deposit. On a deposit, the balance is due when the guitar reaches the shop, before it ships to you. A deposit is paid by card or PayPal. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay can't take one.

When will it arrive?

It varies by product, anywhere from two weeks up to several months. If you'd like a date for this model first, ask us in the chat and we'll check with the supplier before you order. If you're ready now, go ahead: we confirm the ETA by email once your order is in, and if it changes, we let you know and you can cancel.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before the supplier invoices it and ships it to us. We refund what you paid less 3% to cover the card processing fee.

Once it has shipped to us it is a special order and final sale. If it arrives with something wrong, we put that right.

What if the price goes up before it arrives?

You pay the price you ordered at. Once your order is placed we hold that price, even if the supplier raises it before the guitar arrives.

Is the free setup included?

Yes. A pre-order is an online order, so it gets the same free setup: it crosses our bench before it ships, set up the way you choose. The setup menu above shows what that covers.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

Can I finance it?

Yes, if you are in Canada and paying in full. Pick PayPlan by RBC or Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at checkout. The plan, the rate and the approval sit with the provider, and you see the terms before you agree to anything. You pay a deposit by card or PayPal.
