The OH-5 Plus+ is the same size and shape as the original Oasis OH-1, with a liner that puts out about 50% more moisture. It is the one for guitars that sit through a hard, dry winter, when the room drops to 25% relative humidity or lower. It hangs between the strings over the soundhole, and you can see through it when it needs a refill.
