Why this one made the wall

A full rotary speaker cabinet in a pedal: bass rotor, treble horn, tube preamp drive and mic placement, with the horn and rotor speeding up and slowing down independently the way a real cabinet does. The second version adds a Dry blend, mono or stereo input, MIDI with 300 presets and USB-C.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

What does the free setup cover?

Every instrument crosses our bench before it ships, and on an online order that setup is free.

What it covers depends on what the guitar needs. Frets, fretboard, hardware, fresh strings, truss rod, action, nut slots, intonation, pickup height and electronics are all part of it, and none of it is an upcharge. The menu above shows the choices you get to make.

What if it is not right when it arrives?
