Back and sides of solid Big Leaf maple voiced with personal touches from Andy Powers set the 12-string Builder's Edition 652ce WHB apart from the rest of the Taylor line. Coupled with a torrefied spruce top, maple produces a vibrant sound with a transparent quality that emphasizes the unique style of each player, while the special roasting process for the soundboard adds a touch of aged-in sweetness. V-Class bracing draws out more volume and sustain while making for a cleaner harmony between notes all the way down the neck, and the reverse-strung setup (with the heavier string on top of each pair) delivers more midrange heft and warmth. The comfortable Grand Concert body is appointed with an armrest, rolled edges, a beveled cutaway and our Silent Satin finish.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

What does the free setup cover?

Every instrument crosses Ian Vance's bench before it ships, and on an online order that setup is free.

What it covers depends on what the guitar needs. Frets, fretboard, hardware, fresh strings, truss rod, action, nut slots, intonation, pickup height and electronics are all part of it, and none of it is an upcharge. The menu above shows the choices you get to make.

What if it is not right when it arrives?

You have 48 hours from the moment it arrives to decide. Email shop@lauzonmusic.com inside that window and we will authorize the return. Nothing comes back unauthorized.
