Designing an exceptionally great-sounding 1×12 cabinet like the TF112 sets a high bar for any successor. The L112 was engineered to match the TF112’s rich, deep, and responsive tone, while shedding weight to earn its place in the lightweight L Series lineup. After extensive refinements, we’re proud to say we nailed it: the L112 delivers all the immediacy, punch, and depth of the acclaimed TF112, but thanks to innovative lightweight construction, it weighs only 29 lbs.
Unlike other cabinets in the L Series, which utilize three-way crossover switches, the L112 retains the rotary high-frequency attenuator found in the original TF series, providing players with precise and seamless control over their treble response.
With a classic vintage-style grille cloth and rugged sharkskin vinyl tolex, the L112 combines timeless aesthetics with road-ready durability. It’s the perfect fusion of portability, performance, and versatility for today’s discerning player.
