Rickenbacker guitars at Lauzon Music
What Rickenbacker is known for
Adolph Rickenbacker and George Beauchamp founded the company in Los Angeles in 1931, and their cast aluminum lap steel, the Frying Pan, was one of the first electric guitars. F.C. Hall bought the company in 1953 and moved the factory to Santa Ana in 1964, and the Hall family still runs it. Rickenbacker makes most of its own parts in that factory. The 300 Series hollow bodies include the 330 and 360 and their 12-string versions, the 330/12 and 360/12.
