Who this one is for

The 112 is Friedman's compact closed-back 1x12: one Celestion G12M-65 Creamback at 16 ohms, front ported, in tongue and groove Baltic birch, built in the USA. The G12M-65 is the higher power handling Creamback, and Friedman picked it so the cab covers vintage and modern tones alike.

At 26 lbs and 19 inches wide it's an easy cab to move. Friedman suggests it for the studio and as the second cab in a stereo or wet/dry/wet rig, and the 16 ohm load suits the Runt-20, Runt-50, Smallbox, Dirty Shirley and BE heads on this run, all of which have a 16 ohm setting.

It comes in black Tolex with a Black or Vintage (salt and pepper) grille. The Runt 112 Ext and Dirty Shirley Mini 112 are the same size and speaker under other names. For an open back and a Redback, look at the Dirty Shirley 112 Ext.

How much do I pay today?

Your choice: the full price, or a 25% deposit. On a deposit, the balance is due when the guitar reaches the shop, before it ships to you. A deposit is paid by card or PayPal. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay can't take one.

When will it arrive?

It varies by product, anywhere from two weeks up to several months. If you'd like a date for this model first, ask us in the chat and we'll check with the supplier before you order. If you're ready now, go ahead: we confirm the ETA by email once your order is in, and if it changes, we let you know and you can cancel.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before the supplier invoices it and ships it to us. We refund what you paid less 3% to cover the card processing fee.

Once it has shipped to us it is a special order and final sale. If it arrives with something wrong, we put that right.

What if the price goes up before it arrives?

You pay the price you ordered at. Once your order is placed we hold that price, even if the supplier raises it before the guitar arrives.

Is the free setup included?

Yes. A pre-order is an online order, so it gets the same free setup: it crosses our bench before it ships, set up the way you choose. The setup menu above shows what that covers.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

Can I finance it?

Yes, if you are in Canada and paying in full. Pick PayPlan by RBC or Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at checkout. The plan, the rate and the approval sit with the provider, and you see the terms before you agree to anything. You pay a deposit by card or PayPal.
