Why this one made the wall

A Custom Shop OCD that pairs the circuit's two MOSFETs with two germanium diodes, where the earliest OCDs used one. It gives a more tube-like feel, a little more dynamic range and sustain, and a focused single-note voice. The metallic teal finish sits over a chrome undercoat, so it shifts between blue and green in the light.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

What does the free setup cover?

Every instrument crosses our bench before it ships, and on an online order that setup is free.

What it covers depends on what the guitar needs. Frets, fretboard, hardware, fresh strings, truss rod, action, nut slots, intonation, pickup height and electronics are all part of it, and none of it is an upcharge. The menu above shows the choices you get to make.

What if it is not right when it arrives?
