Why this one made the wall

Two footswitchable overdrive voices built around a JRC4558 chip and the 1990s Full-Drive circuit. The second footswitch adds more drive and its own volume on top of the first, so one pedal covers rhythm crunch and a louder lead. Two three-way toggles change the clipping, including a half-clipped mode that keeps notes clear and touch-sensitive.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

What does the free setup cover?

Every instrument crosses our bench before it ships, and on an online order that setup is free.

What it covers depends on what the guitar needs. Frets, fretboard, hardware, fresh strings, truss rod, action, nut slots, intonation, pickup height and electronics are all part of it, and none of it is an upcharge. The menu above shows the choices you get to make.

What if it is not right when it arrives?
