Bella is Suhr's American-voiced, hand-wired all-tube amp, laid out to sit behind a pedalboard, and this is the 1x12 combo with a Celestion V-Type. Two 6L6GC power tubes run Class A/B at 44 or 22 watts from the front panel: 44 gives the most clean headroom, 22 breaks up sooner and at lower volume.
A two-position Boost adds +6dB at the first gain stage, from the panel or a footswitch (sold separately). The three-position Bright switch runs from out of circuit, to a modest lift, to a fully open top end. The all-tube series loop has its own send and return levels for pedals or line level rack gear. Each one is hand wired and tested in Lake Elsinore, California.
The Bella Head is the same amp at 35lbs against the combo's 51lbs, with the speaker left to you, and the Bella 1x12 Cabinet is its match. The combo is the one we would point to as a single amp for everything, complete in one box. The head suits a player who already owns a cabinet.
