The SG-61 is the Studio Goose OM Hybrid in Canadian Curly Maple, under an AAAA Adirondack red spruce top that Robin Boucher picks for each guitar. Both the maple and the spruce are Canadian, and the spruce grows in the region around Boucher's workshop in Berthier-sur-Mer, Quebec. Boucher builds the series for players who want an accurate acoustic sound on stage and in the studio. A modified V neck with a 1.750" nut joins at the 14th fret.
For curly maple on the S-Jumbo body, look at the SG-63 S-Jumbo. If you want torrefied flamed maple and a roasted top, the Grande Reserve GR-SG-61T and GR-SG-161T are this OM Hybrid shape. The curl in the maple varies guitar to guitar, so the photos show one example.
