The 110ce is the Dreadnought in Taylor's 100 Series: a torrefied spruce top over layered sapele back and sides, C-Class bracing and a Venetian cutaway for reaching the upper frets. Taylor voices it big and forward, with the projection to carry in a jam or on a small stage as well as at home, and Expression System 2 handles the plugged-in sound. The body is finished in varnish.
For the same shape in the 200 Series, with a Neo-Tropical Mahogany neck, an ebony board and white binding, look at the 210ce. The Academy 10e is a Dreadnought with no cutaway and a bevelled armrest, and the 150ce is the 12-string version of this body.
