A Gibson Custom Shop Made to Measure Les Paul Custom, specced and built to order. The top is a handpicked figured maple in Ice Flame. Flip it over and the back is TV White.

Mother of pearl block inlays and a pair of Custombuckers keep it a proper Les Paul Custom, and nickel hardware suits the cooler finish better than the usual gold. It weighs 10 lb 1 oz.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

What does the free setup cover?

Every instrument crosses our bench before it ships, and on an online order that setup is free.

What it covers depends on what the guitar needs. Frets, fretboard, hardware, fresh strings, truss rod, action, nut slots, intonation, pickup height and electronics are all part of it, and none of it is an upcharge. The menu above shows the choices you get to make.
