Who this one is for

The DGT 15 1x12 Combo puts PRS's 15-watt David Grissom amp into one cabinet with a Celestion Vintage 30. Inside are two EL84s, three 12AX7s and a 12AT7, cathode biased, on a single channel.

PRS pitches this one as a clean platform first. The master volume and 3-position bright switch let you shape the top end at any volume, and the boost, tube-driven reverb, top cut and bias tremolo sit on the front panel. There is no effects loop, so pedals go in front of the amp. Boost, reverb and tremolo are on the included three-button footswitch.

This is the version for a player who wants one box to carry, at 42 lbs. The DGT 15 Head is the same design as a head, to pair with the DG 1x12 Cabinet, and the Sonzera 20 1x12 Combo is the two-channel option with spring reverb and a loop.

How much do I pay today?

Your choice: the full price, or a 25% deposit. On a deposit, the balance is due when the guitar reaches the shop, before it ships to you. A deposit is paid by card or PayPal. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay can't take one.

When will it arrive?

It varies by product, anywhere from two weeks up to several months. If you'd like a date for this model first, ask us in the chat and we'll check with the supplier before you order. If you're ready now, go ahead: we confirm the ETA by email once your order is in, and if it changes, we let you know and you can cancel.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before the supplier invoices it and ships it to us. We refund what you paid less 3% to cover the card processing fee.

Once it has shipped to us it is a special order and final sale. If it arrives with something wrong, we put that right.

What if the price goes up before it arrives?

You pay the price you ordered at. Once your order is placed we hold that price, even if the supplier raises it before the guitar arrives.

Is the free setup included?

Yes. A pre-order is an online order, so it gets the same free setup: it crosses our bench before it ships, set up the way you choose. The setup menu above shows what that covers.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

Can I finance it?

Yes, if you are in Canada and paying in full. Pick PayPlan by RBC or Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at checkout. The plan, the rate and the approval sit with the provider, and you see the terms before you agree to anything. You pay a deposit by card or PayPal.
