Who this one is for

The PT15 is a 15-watt, three-channel all-tube head on a pair of 6V6GTs and five 12AX7s, with the power section set up to give a small amp generous clean volume. It covers American and British voicings across its three channels.

Channel 1 has its own Bright switch, Gain, Bass, Treble and Level. Channels 2 and 3 each get their own Gain and Level and share a Bright 2/3 switch and a Bass, Middle and Treble stack. The effects loop is tube driven and buffered, and a footswitch is included.

The PT15 I.R. Head is the same tube circuit with a built-in reactive load, 16 onboard impulse responses, a line out and a headphone output, and it is the one to pick if you record direct or want to play with no cabinet at all. The PT15 Head suits a player who will always run a speaker, and Suhr makes the PT15 1x12 Cabinet and PT15 2x12 Cabinet to match. For 100 watts and MIDI switching, look at the PT100 Signature Edition Head.

How much do I pay today?

Your choice: the full price, or a 25% deposit. On a deposit, the balance is due when the guitar reaches the shop, before it ships to you. A deposit is paid by card or PayPal. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay can't take one.

When will it arrive?

It varies by product, anywhere from two weeks up to several months. If you'd like a date for this model first, ask us in the chat and we'll check with the supplier before you order. If you're ready now, go ahead: we confirm the ETA by email once your order is in, and if it changes, we let you know and you can cancel.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before the supplier invoices it and ships it to us. We refund what you paid less 3% to cover the card processing fee.

Once it has shipped to us it is a special order and final sale. If it arrives with something wrong, we put that right.

What if the price goes up before it arrives?

You pay the price you ordered at. Once your order is placed we hold that price, even if the supplier raises it before the guitar arrives.

Is the free setup included?

Yes. A pre-order is an online order, so it gets the same free setup: it crosses our bench before it ships, set up the way you choose. The setup menu above shows what that covers.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

Can I finance it?

Yes, if you are in Canada and paying in full. Pick PayPlan by RBC or Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at checkout. The plan, the rate and the approval sit with the provider, and you see the terms before you agree to anything. You pay a deposit by card or PayPal.
