The 254ce Plus is a 12-string Grand Auditorium with a Venetian cutaway, a solid spruce top and layered Indian rosewood back and sides. C-Class bracing is inside, Expression System 2 is onboard, and the neck is Taylor's slim standard carve with a 1-7/8" nut. The body is gloss and the neck matte.
Taylor voices it full, with plenty of volume and projection from the top, and the slim neck and cutaway make it an easy 12-string to get around on. For a 12-string Dreadnought, look at the 150ce or the black 250ce-BLK Plus. For the same body in koa, the 264ce-K DLX, and for solid Indian rosewood with V-Class bracing and Claria electronics, the Next Generation 454ce.
