Our take

Who this one is for

The Juggernaut is Misha Mansoor's USA Signature shape, drawn from the Dinky with scalloped horns and a contoured heel. In the HT6 the body is caramelized basswood, and the neck is bolt-on caramelized quartersawn maple with graphite reinforcement, a scarf joint and Mansoor's own profile under a hand-rubbed urethane finish. The caramelized flame maple board has a flat 20" radius, rolled edges, 24 jumbo stainless frets and offset maple dots.

Two Bare Knuckle Ragnarok humbuckers in laser-etched carbon fibre covers feed a five-way blade that adds split-coil sounds to the full humbucker settings, with a volume and a push/pull tone. HT means hardtail: a fixed Hipshot bridge and Hipshot open-gear locking tuners on a reverse 3x3 headstock, simple to restring and retune.

Satin Silver, Satin Daphne Blue and Satin Red all run black hardware. The HT6FM swaps to a mahogany body with a flame maple top and Bare Knuckle Juggernaut pickups, and the HT7 is the seven-string version.

Questions we get

How much do I pay today?

Your choice: the full price, or a 25% deposit. On a deposit, the balance is due when the guitar reaches the shop, before it ships to you. A deposit is paid by card or PayPal. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay can't take one.

When will it arrive?

It varies by product, anywhere from two weeks up to several months. If you'd like a date for this model first, ask us in the chat and we'll check with the supplier before you order. If you're ready now, go ahead: we confirm the ETA by email once your order is in, and if it changes, we let you know and you can cancel.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before the supplier invoices it and ships it to us. We refund what you paid less 3% to cover the card processing fee.

Once it has shipped to us it is a special order and final sale. If it arrives with something wrong, we put that right.

What if the price goes up before it arrives?

You pay the price you ordered at. Once your order is placed we hold that price, even if the supplier raises it before the guitar arrives.

Is the free setup included?

Yes. A pre-order is an online order, so it gets the same free setup: it crosses our bench before it ships, set up the way you choose. The setup menu above shows what that covers.

Do I pay duty or brokerage on a US order?

No. Duty, taxes, brokerage and customs on a US order are handled at our end before the instrument leaves Ottawa. It arrives at your door with nothing to pay.

Orders going anywhere outside Canada and the United States work differently. The shipping and returns policy sets out which is which.

Can I finance it?

Yes, if you are in Canada and paying in full. Pick PayPlan by RBC or Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at checkout. The plan, the rate and the approval sit with the provider, and you see the terms before you agree to anything. You pay a deposit by card or PayPal.
