Ordering a Jackson from Lauzon Music
The current Jackson range
Four series, all built for hard rock and metal. The MJ Series is made in Japan, and the American Series, USA Select and USA Signature models are built in the US.
- American Series. Soloist and Rhoads models built in Corona, California, with through-body maple necks and stainless steel frets

Which Jackson models can I order?
The current American Series, USA Select, USA Signature and MJ Series models on this page, in Soloist, Rhoads, Dinky, King V, Kelly, Warrior and signature shapes.
Can I order a seven-string Jackson?
Yes. The Misha Mansoor Juggernaut HT7, Chris Broderick Soloist HT7 and Corey Beaulieu King V KV7 are all on this page, alongside their six-string versions.
What's the difference between the American Series and the MJ Series?
Both cover the Dinky, Rhoads and Soloist shapes. The American Series is built in Corona, California, with through-body maple necks and stainless steel frets. The MJ Series is crafted in Japan and revives the Japanese-built Jacksons of the early '90s.
Can I order a Jackson bass?
Yes. The USA Signature David Ellefson Concert Bass comes in four-string CB IV and five-string CB V versions.

Pre-order questions
How much do I pay today?
Your choice: the full price, or a 25% deposit. On a deposit, the balance is due when the guitar reaches the shop, before it ships to you.
When will it arrive?
It varies by product, anywhere from two weeks up to several months. If you'd like a date first, ask us in the chat and we'll check with the supplier before you order. If you're ready now, go ahead: we confirm the ETA by email once your order is in, and if it changes, we let you know and you can cancel.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before the supplier invoices it and ships it to us. We refund what you paid less 3% to cover the card processing fee.
Once it has shipped to us it is a special order and final sale. If it arrives with something wrong, we put that right.
What if the price goes up before it arrives?
You pay the price you ordered at. Once your order is placed we hold that price, even if the supplier raises it before the guitar arrives.
Is the setup included?
Yes. A pre-order is an online order, so it gets the same free setup on our bench before it ships.
Can I finance it?
Paying in full: yes, if you're in Canada. Choose PayPlan by RBC or Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at checkout. The plan, the rate and the approval sit with the provider, and you see the terms before you agree to anything.
Paying a 25% deposit: the deposit can't be financed, and it's paid by card or PayPal.

Can I pay with Shop Pay or Apple Pay?
Not on a deposit: Shopify only takes a pre-order deposit by card or PayPal. Pay in full and checkout works as usual.
