The T Classic is Anderson's traditional T: an alder or basswood body, a pickguard, and a control plate running 3-way or 5-way switching. Anderson offers the body solid or with hollow chambers. Scale is 25-1/2" or the 24-3/4" Shorty, and the bridge can be a vintage tremolo, a fixed bridge or a chopped compensated 3-saddle.
We see the T Classic as the starting point for anyone after a T with Anderson's neck and stainless frets, with 5-way switching on offer.
For the full traditional bridge plate wrapped around the bridge pickup, look at the T Icon. For a figured top and no pickguard, the Top T. The Mongrel puts an S-style pickguard on the T body.
The guitar in the photo is one customer's build in Metallic Galaxy Blue, shown as an example. Every Anderson is built to order: after you order, we go through the build with you, from the woods and finish to the neck shape, frets, pickups and hardware.
