The T Icon is Anderson's most traditional T. What sets it apart is the bridge: a traditional 3-saddle with brass saddles on a nickel-plated steel baseplate that surrounds the angled bridge pickup. Anderson compensates those three saddles so the guitar intonates accurately and plays in tune. The body is alder with a pickguard.
Anderson also offers the body as a traditional slab or with front and back contours, and solid or with hollow chambers. It suits the player who wants the look and hardware of a vintage T, with Anderson's playability and tuning underneath it.
For the T body with Anderson's other bridge choices, including a vintage tremolo and a chopped compensated 3-saddle, look at the T Classic. For a figured top and no pickguard, the Top T.
The guitar in the photo is one customer's build in Daphne Blue, shown as an example. Every Anderson is built to order: after you order, we go through the build with you, from the woods and finish to the neck shape, frets, pickups and hardware.
