Most of what lands on the tables that day is not in the shop yet and has not been photographed. Some of it has been on order for years. It comes out of the cases at Lago that afternoon and goes up for sale here the same day.

One-of-a-kind builds, and the people who make this work standing in the same room. You do not have to be in Ottawa to buy one. You do have to know the minute it opens.

How the drop works

At 3:00 PM Eastern on Sunday September 13, every instrument and amp on the floor that has not already sold goes up on this site, priced and ready to buy. No code and no queue. You open the page and you buy the piece.

The room goes first. Doors open at two and the people with a ticket have the floor to themselves for an hour, so what reaches the site at three is what is left. Pieces keep coming down as they sell, whether that happens in the room or online.

Orders ship to Canada and the United States, fully insured. Anywhere else, email us with the piece you want and we will quote the shipping.

I cannot get to Ottawa. How do I see this?

Everything on the floor goes up for sale on this site at 3:00 PM Eastern on September 13. The room gets first crack and the internet gets what is left. There is no livestream.

Put your email in the form at the top of this page and we will send you the link the moment it is live.

Do I get early access if I sign up?

No. Doors open at two and the people in the room have the floor for an hour before anything goes online. What the list gets is the link the moment the drop opens.

Where do you ship?

Canada and the United States, fully insured, from the shop in Ottawa. Anywhere else, email shop@lauzonmusic.com with the piece you want and we will quote the shipping.

Can I still get a ticket?

No. The room is sold out, and there are no tickets at the door.
