The Catalogue
Fender Custom Shop
Fender Custom Shop makes hundreds of current models, and we can't keep every one of them on the wall. If you're after something specific and can't find it in our current stock, this is where to look. We order it in, set it up on our bench, then ship it. If one's already in the shop, the page will tell you.
-
Pick it and choose how to pay
Pick the model and finish. Pay in full, or pay a 25% deposit and the balance when it arrives. Either way, the order goes to the supplier.
-
We email you an ETA
It varies by product, anywhere from two weeks up to several months. Want a date first? Ask us in the chat before you order. Otherwise we confirm the ETA by email once your order is in, and if it changes, you can cancel.

Set up, then shipped
When it lands, we collect any balance, set it up your way, and ship it insured.

Pre-order questions
How much do I pay today?
Your choice: the full price, or a 25% deposit. On a deposit, the balance is due when the guitar reaches the shop, before it ships to you.
When will it arrive?
It varies by product, anywhere from two weeks up to several months. If you'd like a date first, ask us in the chat and we'll check with the supplier before you order. If you're ready now, go ahead: we confirm the ETA by email once your order is in, and if it changes, we let you know and you can cancel.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before the supplier invoices it and ships it to us. We refund what you paid less 3% to cover the card processing fee.
Once it has shipped to us it is a special order and final sale. If it arrives with something wrong, we put that right.
What if the price goes up before it arrives?
You pay the price you ordered at. Once your order is placed we hold that price, even if the supplier raises it before the guitar arrives.
Is the setup included?
Yes. A pre-order is an online order, so it gets the same free setup on our bench before it ships.
Can I finance it?
Paying in full: yes, if you're in Canada. Choose PayPlan by RBC or Shop Pay Installments as your payment method at checkout. The plan, the rate and the approval sit with the provider, and you see the terms before you agree to anything.
Paying a 25% deposit: the deposit can't be financed, and it's paid by card or PayPal.
More on Financing.
Can I pay with Shop Pay or Apple Pay?
Not on a deposit: Shopify only takes a pre-order deposit by card or PayPal. Pay in full and checkout works as usual.
